Nope...Never heard of it. I'm from Michigan.
It would only be available to people who have supercable with hundreds of channels. That's how you get BBC channels. Either that or I think some satellite programs carry it. I only have regular cable, so I can't get it.

Coronation Street is on TV here in Canada, but having been born and bred just outside Manchester, I don't need to watch it, 'coz I LIVED it!
