What was the name of this 90s BBC children's programme?!
Question: I'm pretty sure this was shown on the BBC in the 90s, and it was a children's programme shown on CBBC. I vividly remember one main part of the series - characters would go into a room and there would be a moving background behind them, and they would talk to the camera about things that were happening and how they were feeling, "talking head" style. Even the dog would go in there and get subtitled!
I guess it was a sitcom, but I don't think it was Microsoap. This was another programme entirely. Hope someone can help me out with this one!
