Why does everytime we see printed ads of a watch (analog type watches), the time!

Question: This was explained years ago. The name of the watch is usually at the top, so the watch hands frame the name and bring attention to it.

Just for looks - it's pleasing to the eye. You used to see 8:20 as often as you'd see 10:10, but for the past few years I've seen mostly 10:10.
