I believe it was the first episode on season 4 called "The third wheel gets the Grace". Will returns from France and Grace goes on shopping at the big Barney's sale. Jack is going to take his son Elliot to the sale also to get school supplies and needs money from "ATM" Karen...lol
Not sure, but tv.com is a good site for hunting down episodes, if you don't mind going through the 495 episodes produced of Will & Grace.
