Family Guy, yes. I feel Futurama beats Family Guy, but alas, I've seen em all... twice.
The Simpsons shine here and there, but my overall reaction is usually decidedly, 'meh.'
American Dad tries waaaaaaay too hard, like that kid in your class who really could be funny, if he wasn't so damn dorky.

The Simpsons is the best, easily. The level of humour (other than Homer's "Doh" moments) is much much higher than any of the other shows' because it pokes fun at modern society, TV, itself and the USA as a whole. Futurama comes a close second.
Family Guy I don't like that much because almost all of the comedy comes from stupid flashbacks that aren't related to the story at all. And American Dad is just a copy of Family Guy that isn't as good.
Family Guy for sure, although I am a fan of all of the above. I don't recall the PJ's though..when was that on and what network?

Not seen American Dad, but of the others Futurama is my favourite.
