Jon & Kate + Eight show......?!
Question: How else feels Kate is soooooooooo extra mean to John? Ohmigosh. She doesn't seem like she is in love with him, she is constantly knocking him down? Does anyone else get that feeling?

OH MY GOD...I think she is way, way too mean to Jon. I mean, she's always like, "Don't sit like that." "You pronounced that wrong." "You're putting the wrong color HAIR RUBBER BAND in their hair!!" "HELLO!!!!" "PAY ATTENTION!" Don't talk to the crew!" "I've told you a MILLION times." "Don't move your hand when you say that." I don't know if you saw the episode where Jon was painting the twins new bedroom and she actually CLAPPED after every word she said to Jon as if he's some sort of moron. "We (clap) have (clap) to (clap) stay (clap) on (clap) a (clap) schedule (clap)!!!" Or something along those lines. I could not believe it. I know she's got 8 kids, but that is absolutely no excuse to constantly be degrading your husband - especially in front of her children!! That is so horrible. I know she's stressed with 8 kids, but hey - this is the life she asked for. I personally think Kate is just out to get as many free things (like trips from TLC and donations from anyone) as she can because she has so many kids. She knew the consequences of in vitro when she did it, so it's wasn't exactly a "surprise - I'm having 6 kids." I know, you're probably like, this girl is nuts- why does she even watch this show?? I DO think the kids are ADORABLE, so I love to watch them growing up. Just Kate boggles my mind at how mean she can be to Jon...and I really don't think ANYone should treat someone they supposedly love like that. Phew, thanks for letting me vent!! :)
She can be mean sometimes to him, some of the things she says to him that he takes make me go "woooahhh, how's he keeping his cool." But she does pretty much care for 8 children all day while he works, she probably need a vacation. lol
I agree she is very rude. I can't imagine being with someone like that. But she also is a mother of 8 kids. I mean come on 8 KIDS. I think anyone would be stressed out. But I do think she needs to calm down and not take it out on him.
I've only seen the commercials for it and haven't watched the actual show (I've been meaning to TiVo it... keep forgetting to set it up) But anyway... I think it's funny. There was one commercial in particular, she said something like "they can't go out like that" and he said "well they're going out like that" It made me laugh out loud every time I saw it. I am sure it goes both ways.
I agree. I really don't understand why they are so popular considering anyone can go get invetro fertilization and have a litter of children.
YES! she is just so rude she treats him like **** and doesnt at all treat him like a man and OMG this is on television--- i think he will cheat on her...
I thought after last week's shows that she was kind of easing up on Jon, but not after last night. She was really tough on him, maybe too tough.
However.....
Being the main care provider for eight children is tough. Not a knock against Jon in any way, but he is working full time and does not have to deal with the day to day issues, problems, tantrums, fights, arguments, and so on. Sometimes it just isn't pleasant.
That being said, I do think she could lighten up on Jon. Like yelling at him at Gymboree when he gave the one child a time out. I agree that if one of my boys hits the other one he goes into time out. And I have personally given my children time outs during their Gymboree class.
Maybe this is just Kate's way of communicating and dealing with the situation. I think that the way she is portrayed on television she does seem to be extra cranky towards Jon. But this is just what we see on TV. We don't know what goes on day in and day out between the two of them.
