Ok most outside of Australia & NZ probably wouldn't know of this show (but maybe you heard of them at some stage around APEC 2007) but I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE The Chaser's (War on everything)
Because they do everything that normal people wouldn't dare do (like make fake motorcades and go into restricted areas near George Bush's hotel and get arrested) and they are really good satrists & comedians.
Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe, he's handsome even when he's collecting cow crap in a cup
Top Gear... it's the funniest thing on TV, especially the challenges!

Reality show: Amazing Race. I love Phil and the show is edited really great. Love seeing the tasks and they keep it interesting each series.
Regular Network Show: CSI:NY. Love Gary Sinise and the plot lines are always up to date with headlines. The stories are amazingly written (up until the strike anyway LOL) and the acting is superb!
Food Network: Iron Chef America/Top Chef/Hell's Kitchen. They all are great to watch and hey, Gordon Ramsay is sexy as hell!

My favorite reality show?? Tie between Project Runway and America's Next Top Model.
