Torchwood is geared towards more of an adult audience, so they can get away with more...
but Doctor Who will always be best
On the strength of last year's excellent stories like Blink or Family of Blood,my vote goes to Dr Who.
I'm going to say Torchwood for it is more gritty than Dr Who, but i'm not knocking Dr Who.
