Does the Discovery Health channel have real shows?!

Question: Like shows such as Dr.G medial examiner, how can they automaticly record & collect that info and then capture it in real life? What's your opinion? After all, they never even show footage of the autopsy [or is it not even a real autopsy?] Your opinion?
Or other shows, like un told stories of the ER (but hey, aren't they told now?)

Those shows are dramatazations and it says so when they show all the little clips. But most of the stuff they show is real.

From what i've seen the only one that shows "real" footage is Trauma: Life in the ER (I believe it's called). Dr. G medical examiner has very few real footage, and when it is real it is completely blocked out anway. Which makes is kindof boring to watch. And Untold Stories of the ER is pretty good, has some interesting and cooky stories but obviously is totally dramatized.
