British people-do you watch these shows?!
Question: I just started watching some shows on BBC America. Do you watch "You are what you eat" and "How clean is your house"? Makes me want to change my life. It is so nice watching someone else's house and body a mess. Worse than mine.

No, but I have seen them. They are not BBC programs.
I haven't seen them but have heard friends talk about "How clean is your house", with good reason - it is SCARY finding out the state of pigsty some people live in. Absolutely repulsive! To be honest, I don't know whether it's worth helping those kind of people because even if you clean their house, it will just end up in the same state as before as the real problem is the people living in those homes are too lazy to clean up. Unless they adopt a lifestyle change, it will end up exactly the same.
Judging by the TV ratings some people watch them.
They do my head in though.
