I thought it was beautifully acted, typically Austen-ly 'under-stated', gorgeous to look at and an all round good adaptation of a wonderful book. I thoroughly enjoyed it even if my husband rolled his eyes and tutted when it was on!
Jade the end was a wee bit dour and not very spectacular
Yes I did...I do like the story, but I much preferred the film with Emma Thompson and Hugh Grant.

I was put off Jane Austen (for life!) at school when they force fed us "Pride and Prejudice". The TV series of Sense and Sensibility wasn't too bad though. My wife was watching it, honest!
i love that movie! lol another really good love story is "tainted veil" or "painted veil" lol i 4got but iwas like sobbing in the end lol
