No, he dies in season 3. Lamb arranges for Woody's transport on the plane, but he wasn't actually on it himself. The only two characters who were thought to be on the plane were Woody Goodman and Keith Mars. However, Lamb made Keith get off of the plane at the last minute, thereby unknowingly saving his life.
Lamb died in the episode "Mars Bars" while looking for an intruder in Dean O'Dell's home. Mindy O'Dell's ex husband hit him with a baseball bat, and he died later at the hospital.
