"Window of Opportunity" or "The Pegasus Project". I haven't seen all the SG1 episodes yet... but so far those are my favorites.

I have every season on DVD. Without a shadow of a doubt, the best episode, hands down of Stargate SG-1 is
"Window of Opportunity."
That is the episode where Teal'c and Jack keep reliving the same day over and over. They hit golf balls through the stargate, they learn to juggle, they go a little crazy. It is funny and Stargate at its best.
