Season 6, Episode 1, "At Sea," originally aired 9/17/1996, with Tim, Al, and Heidi aboard the USS Constellation aircraft carrier, can be rented through Netflix (it should on Disc 1); currently unavailable at Blockbuster; currently not available on any video site either.

You could also record the episode (if you have a DVR) when it airs Friday 1/25/08 at 1:00pm on TBS.
