I heard an inerview with them and they stated that they are working on one but it is not done yet. It will be on Disney and is based around the premise that they are secret agents...

Yes. It's called "J.O.N.A.S.". They also have a movie called "Camp Rock", and both the show and movie will be aired on Disney. "Camp Rock" is being debuted sometime during the summer, but the release date for "J.O.N.A.S." is currently unknown because of the writer's strike. It should be debuted later this year, though.
