NBC (an affiliate of USA Network) isn't putting shows on iTunes anymore and took all their shows off -- this includes Monk and Psych. I think it had something to do with a price dispute or something.
So, your answer in short -- never. :/
But the good news is they have the episodes up for a short time that you can watch online at monk.usanetwork.com and psych.usanetwork.com. Also, you can buy the episodes on Amazon's unbox video for $1.99.
And if you didn't know, the first new episodes of Monk and Psych played on TV on January 11th, and it's up on the web site and Amazon now. Hope you'll get to see them! :D
Probably never. Unless I'm mistaken, they're both produced by NBC/Universal and their deal to have the shows on their networks (they own NBC, USA Network, Sci-Fi, Bravo, etc.) on iTunes expired because they couldn't come to terms on what to charge, the content, etc. So NBC/Universal went to Amazon Unbox.
