That is not an Indian song. It is probably Bengali song and the words that they are singing is not what the words that are being displayed. It is some body's idea of a joke. But you are right The Kumars at no. 42 is very hilarious. In one episode the grandmother said she was so old and that her skin was all wrinkled and that she did not know where her skin ended and the frills on her blouse began. I thought that was cute.
