It was the very first episode and the substance was Scopolamine.
The stripper/hooker was played by Krista Allen who appeared in 2 more CSI episodes. "I-15 Murders" and "Boom" were the titles of those. In "I-15" she had an encounter with a security guard and Nick helped her prove her innocent. In "Boom" Nick slept with her and her "pimp" killed her and tried to make Nick look guilty.
Scopolamine can be used (In very small doses) to treat nausea and motion sickness. It is derived from different sources, one being the Jimson weed. I don't know a lot about details, but I do know that Jimson weed can cause hallucinations.
It used to be in sleeping pills.

Yes I did that was hilarious wasnt it...that was at the beginning of it all wasnt it??? And then did one of them not end up dead and Nick got the blame cos he was 'seeing' her...or am I getting my strippers mixed up???
