I guess it's because time has gone by. I loved Ned, He rocked.
But wouldn't it occur to the writers to at least age the other actors too?
Whatever though Ghost Whisper still rocks!
Oh plus i think that he got sent off to the academy that Deliah was working soo hard to get him into.
And this was just him coming back for a little visit..
