Emmerdale question-are Ely Dingles tattoo's real?!
Question: I'm not an Emmerdale fan but my mother usually has it on and you often see his upper arm etc.Upon which he has a full arm length tattoo etc.Now it dosn't look real to me what do you think?I reckon it's either a really new tattoo or just a huge transfer he has to put on when he's getting into character.(which would seem a bit of a pain cos it's huge)So what doyou think?new tattoo or transfer?Explain your answers please.

i think new tattoo. emmerdale is not a big budget film that has hours to spend on make up and the like. i imagine if this was a transfer it would have to be reapplied all the time and then they would have to make sure it was in the exact same place every time to comply with continuity. i don't think a programme like emmerdale has the time or that eli is a big enough character for them to be doing this.
