Do you like the Star Trek spin off series?!

The Next Generation was very good. Yes they were too politically correct, but they still had a lot of good episodes. Although I avoid season 1. It was really bad. Once they corrected the formula for the crew, seasons 2 - 7 were good.
DS9 - not so much. The original idea bombed badly, namely being commander of a space station, so they had to bail it out by giving Sisco a ship and having him explore and then have a multi-season war. I liked that it gave Whorf and the Chief (I forget his name) more seasons. They were good characters. I watched sporadically hoping it would get better, but pretty much stopped watching regularly when the war started.
Voyager - Pretty good at times. Probably around season 6 I stopped watching it out of boredom. I've caught a few episodes since then. Janeway was really too preachy. Would have liked to have seen her written out, for a few episodes at least, giving Chakoti a chance to command. Maybe a severe injury. This series would have been much better if they had given Riker command of Voyager after Next Generation, and done the show with him. I always felt that was a mistake by the Star Trek people. Maybe Frakes was offered the captain's chair, but didn't want it. I don't really know.
Enterprise - I actually liked the first couple of seasons before they jumped into the Xindi season. Too dark! Star Trek has always been about an optimistic view of the future. The last season was OK.
The first was goos but all the new ones are perfetic . They can't have a series like they are with the 1970's graphics . Change them and get the coin of that guys head to make it more attractive . Another thing is they shoudl scrap the whole thing because it's unrealistic now change it and get the geek label of it .
The original will always be that - the Original. But I still TNG was the best of the bunch. Better plots, better special effects, and definitely better acting.
Well if i had to chose i also would say that the original series is my favorite, though DS9 comes in at a close 2nd and then Voyager... though I was never overly fond of Next Gen. Currently, i cannot say that i even consider Enterprise as truely Trek,,, though in some things it is good to watch, just a bit disconcerting when i notice things that should not be considered as "connon" for Trek universe history.
