Celebrites, there rehab problems and the media...?!

Question: Do you really think there is any hope for celebs who go on reality shows or talk shows about there drugs problems, will they get help, and recover? or will it do nothing, and there useing it as exposure? Also do you think Dr. Drew will make a big diffrence? or is he just another psychologist graving the tv fame, like Dr. Phil?

same as Dr Phil - look at his marriage down the gurgler
and no real hope for these celebs all they need is real love and a happy house hold

Dr. Drew is nothing like Dr. Phil. D.D. has been around for a long time and has a genuine interest in what he does. I think if a celeb really wants help...they'll go get it. They are just trying to get some extra face time and still unwilling to put their recovery first. Get your house in order and then try and get your career back on track. By going on a tv show all they are doing is continuing to work their addictive behavior. Quitting is the easy part....changing what got you there in the first place is the difficult part. Look at Willie Ames and Danny Bonaduce if you need good examples of unchanged addictive behavior.

no dr. drew is nothing like dr. phil....dr. phil is a quack, dr. drew is a REAL doctor and he cares about people
