They are separated. Mcdreamy saw someone prettier and wanted to explore his feelings. I don't blame Meridith for being upset. I don't think I would trust him either.
It all happened on last nights episode. They parted ways (at least for now). I think he is tired of waiting and she is scared of moving on.
Seems that way...at least for now. That new nurse, Rose, is going out on a date with him....
Meredith wasn't too happy when she found out that he kissed Rose.
Not too far into this season she told him that she didn't want a relationship. They kept having sex but weren't really an item anymore. She wanted him to wait on her to decide if she wanted to be in a relationship again.
He gave her a big speach at the end of one episode about what if he found someone else while he was waiting on her to decide.
