i think that it means soon after u drink it, your have to pee really bad...so essentially u are renting the slurpee because as soon as u drink you urinate it out.

I have heard that line with beer too. On a Living Single episode, a Christmas episode to be exact, the friends all go to a bar to get Synclaire and there's a Santa that comes out of the bathroom and says: You don't buy beer, you just rent it. So yeah, it means you drink so much of something and you just pee it out. Hey, I don't buy my Diet Coke, I just rent it.
it means the run right through you.. so its more of a rented thing because you dont own it very long!
