I just finished watching the first episode and was making bets with my son as to would finish rehab. Dr. Drew told all of them that part of them would not be there at the end of the rehab. They'll either get kicked off by him or they'll leave at their own will. From watching it tonight, my analysis is: the serious ones to make it all of the way are Daniel, Chyna, Brigette and maybe Jaimee. Jessica already got into trouble after the taping of the show and the Judge told Dr. Drew, who wanted her to go back into rehab, that he'd better not see her on TV at all or she'll go to jail. Jeff is hopeless, I sadly hate to admit that. His girlfriend brought drugs into him at his other rehabs and Dr. Drew is hip to that, which is good, so he has limited her visitation. Daniel is already clean but wants to stay that way, Chyna wants to get back into her career and Brigette wants to get sober for her children so that's a lot of incentive. Mary already propositioned Seth for sex and they can get kicked off for sexual contact too. It'll be interesting to see who actually wants to get clean and sober.

I think it will be more fiction than real--it is television.
People in rehab would not want to be taped if they were serious about the addiction and getting THEMSELVES well. I personally would not want my life in such way broadcasted, but then again that is just me.
I think alot of it will be a written script.
i have never seen it but i did catch dr drew on the tyra banks show y'day and they showed clips from the show and it looked real with no script...i tried the link but it didn't work
