I was wondering that very same thing. I know she does have heart problems, but there for a second, it kinda looked like she gave this look like she was faking, but I really don't think she was. We'll see!
She's not faking - she's having problems with her heart and doesn't have her medicine available (I read some spoilers at the beginning of the week). If we're lucky, Todd will act human and be so worried about Vicki that having Marcie locked up isn't quite as important. On the other hand, it *is* Todd and when he doesn't get his way, everyone has to pay. SPOILER ALERT - DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW!!!

I didn't see yesterday's either, but it looks like she's not faking it. And Todd doesn't know how to act human. He's out for Todd and what HE wants. I don't think he'll get full custody of Tommy. When all is said and done, Marci will be asked to raise HER child afterall. Todd & Blair are horrible parents.
