They are definitely the highlight of the show lately. I can only imagine the state they will be in when they finally make it to their awards dinner. I smell daytime emmy for both these actresses, too bad they don't have a "Dynamic Duo" catagory.

i dont usually like diane 'cept for when she is hitting on max. but i really dug them today. diane shooting the gun...being a bad ***. it was a nice turn away from all the tension in port charles. alexis dancing with the guy. lmao. they had me cracking up!

I agree. I'm so loving this storyline. Poor Alexis, having to dance with that biker, I thought he was never going to let go. I loved the lawyer jokes. Alexis and Diane just don't realize how much they are alike.

I must be the only person who thinks this is just ridiculous and is just wasted airtime. I like both Diane and Alexis but to me I see no humor only stupidity.... :(
They are a great team, the bar was funny with Diane and her gun.
I love Diane I always have the biker that Alexis was dancing with is Diane's(Carolyn Hennesy) real life husband, but she is so out of her element and it is great, its nice to see a lighter side of the soap. hope that it lasts for a few days.
GH should send them on long road trip together. OMG I haven't had such a good TV chuckle in a long time. I hope GH gives them plenty to do together on the show. This show needs to be lightened up a notch or two.

I LOVE THEM... They are truly funny being paired off against and with each other. It is nice to see Alexis in a healthy fun role since her problems with cancer, Ric, and then the everyday struggles with Sonny and the girls. Diane cracks me up all the time. I love that she always give it to everyone and she is so nuts about fashion.
Yes, I definitely agree. It's nice to see a lighter storyline to break up all the gloom, doom and murder. Both actresses have great chemistry and play off each other well.

I love the two actresses together -- they're hysterical and I hope the two characters come out of this as friends. I've long said that Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis) needs to be given her own show, and the actress playing Diane (whose name I can't recall) could definitely go with her.
That said, I don't really care for this storyline. On its own it would be fine -- kind of stupid, but since the actresses are completely selling it I'd be okay with that. However, taken within the general context of the show, it's just one more example of Guza's misogynistic thinking that over-40 women aren't good for anything but comic relief. I hate how Diane and Alexis are bickering like children and obsessing over the dresses. I think it would be funnier if they could act their age and still not get along.
Anytime a show can put in some comic relief, they should do so. Usually on GH we have to look to Spinelli, who plays his part so well.
Diane and Alexis have such a chemistry and like-ability, along with their natural rivalry in their vocations, they are a sure bet to add to the flavor of the show. I know these are daytime DRAMA's. but that doesn't mean we can't have a laugh or two along the way!!!!
The best visual scene was Alexis dancing with the biker. Have you ever seen someone with such good posture and presence hunker down so???? She just wanted to crawl into a very deep hole and get lost.

They are great together. I think they should open a joint practice. Then we could see them work together all the time. I wonder what they are going to do know since they were unable to call for help...
I agree.... they are too funny together! GH needs to direct more airtime to other things besides the mob. It is definitely refreshing to hear the Alexis/Diane bickering!!

isn't it wonderful that a soap is dedicating air time to 2 beautiful, talented women who happen to be over 4??? Isn't it wonderful that a soap is giving these 2 wonderful actors a cute, fun story line that does not include Sonny?????
