it's a tie between First 48 and Intervention, as best for me.
The worst may have to be Paranormal State. I was excited for that, but it really stinks. :)
My best - Intervention
My worst - Dog the Bounty Hunter. I never got that show, I know I'm not the only one who sees the Mullet? O_o
The first 48 is interesting.
Paranormal state is stupid.
And they show too many repeats of CSI Miami .
I think A&E has lots of interesting shows I too liked Family Plots, I like Intervention, I like Paranormal State, I Love Dog The Bounty Hunter, I liked King Of Cars you did have to be into cars to like the show though, The Gene Simmons Family show is okay, The Dallas S.W.A.T shows aren't one of my favorites, I can't get into First 48 but mostly I like A&E programming.
I really like the first 48 about the homicide detectives
Best: Family Plots, Paranormal State and Intervention
Worst: Growing Up Gotti (yes, it was a trainwreck to watch and Victoria Gotti's parenting was at best---annoying).
Best -Gene Simmon's Family Jewels, Repeats CSI Miami
Worst-That SWAT show, BAD CRAP

worst: dog the bounty hunter. but i'm from hawaii, so unfortunately, i still watch it. lol.
I liked Dog the Bounty Hunter, The First 48 and Dallas SWAT, Detroit SWAT and Kansas City SWAT. Had no interest for Criss Angel: Mindfreak.
