I don't know that it's been officially decided by the network, but from everything I've heard, it will either be when the new season starts in the fall, or possibly even next January. FOX wants to air all the episodes without interruption and right now they are unable to do that. Even if the writers strike was to end today (which it most definately won't), they wouldn't be able to get the entire season ready to show anytime soon.
