Nathan got in a fight at a bar and a dude pushed him through a glass window and the glass cut through his leg and injured some nerve. Brooke went home because all the wealth and glamour was very unfulfilling for her. she said she needed love =)

Nathan was paralyzed because a guy smarted off to him, and Nathan didn't like it, so he came back and started beating them up, but he was kinda drinking, and they thru him out a window. Brooke wanted to go home, because she missed One Tree Hill, she liked her job and everything, but she didn't like it up there, she wanted it to be in One Tree Hill. She also missed her friends too.
