If you go to a torrent site, or a site that simply posts the shows online without commercials, that is illegal. Sometimes though the networks post their own shows online. For example, ABC.com posts full episodes (with commercials) of desperate housewives online - however this is only visible from the US (due to licensing restrictions).

i don't think it is, at least it shouldn't be... it's not like ur downloading it ... it's like watching youtube videos... the ppl uploading it could get in trouble but i don't think u'd get in trouble 4 watching it
