Why did I used to hate The Wonder Years when I was growing up?!
Question: I had such an aversion to it but really can't put my finger on why exactly I hated the show. I didn't have a problem with any of the actors but I couldn't stand it...

If you are like me it was because of the older mans voice narrating for Kevin! That drove me nuts!

Yes. Star Trek, all of them.
I always hated stuff like Lassie, The Littlest Hobo and Gentle Ben. I think it's just that these shows were so twee.
I can understand not liking The Wonder Years as a kid. I didn't start watching it until I was older and then I suppose you can relate a little more to the nostalgic feel of the programme.

I adored Wonder Years! It was a great coming of age tv show.
I was kind of against Cheers for some reason. I have no clue why, i just never liked that show. Weird.
I loved the Wonder Years.
I really detest Eastenders - always have always will. It causes a problem as my wife is an avid fan.
I didn't like the Wonder Years either, however I'm probably a lot older than you as I was already in my 30s when it was on TV.
I particularly dislike the kids show 'Tracy Beaker' on CBBC. For some reason my kids (12 and 10) love it, but I think it's rubbish and I wouldn't have looked at it if I was their age.
I actually liked The Wonder Years.
But soaps like Cornation Street, Eastenders, Hollyoaks, Fair City and all the other crap drive me around the bend.
Also hated Star Trek and the Star Wars films.

I've always been annoyed by the fact that it was narrated by a guy with a guy with such a bland voice. The color also seemed to be a bit tweaked, which bothered me too. I know the latter is why I hate CSI.
