It's the season 5 premiere two part episode, "A Mermaid's Tail". Piper has been suffering panic attacks because she doesn't want her baby to grow up without a mother, like she did. So she casts a confidence spell, which removes all of her fears.
In the two parter "Valhalley of the Dolls", Piper doesn't cast a spell on herself; Paige casts a spell to make Piper remember.
Wasn't it the same one where Phoebe is turned into a mermaid? I think it was a two-part episode.

She cast the spell not knowing that Leo had already cast a spell on her to ease her pain at his disappearance and wound up losing her memory and joining the Valkaries.

i think it was Valley of the Dolls!!(i spelt that wrong too!!)
but in the end she lost her memory because leo had already cast a spell on her in order to help her.
