GH, why does Carly hate Elizabeth?!
Question: and why is it o.k. for her to be married to someone and happy but she doesn't want Sonny and Jason to have the same thing? In other words, what the hell is her problem? If she was such a good friend to them, wouldn't she just graciously wish them luck and be glad they are happy like her? Isn't that what a true friend would do?

Because she is a jealous brat and if ashe can't have Jason, no one can, same with Sonny.

Yes! You have a wonderful point. Although I don't like either Kate or Elizabeth at all with Sonny and Jason, they still deserve to be happy. I'm really not sure why she hates Elizabeth and it seems she hates Kate as well. Those three women are my least favorites on the show.
Carly has always hated Elizabeth because she believes (like many) that Liz portrays and good-two-shoes image but is just as vindictive and manipulating as the other women in Port Charles, plus Elizabeth and Jason had a connection when she was "dating" him.
As far as Sonny and Jason are concerned, Carly is a possessive person and for her it's only natural to be possessive (bordering on intrusive) over the two men that have meant the most in her life. If her and Jax break up but remain on speaking terms she'd be the same way with him. That's just Carly. It's not fair but at least she's up front and doesn't make any attempts to apologize for being who she is.
carly hates elizabeth because of what she did to jason and carly is the type of person that once someone hurts sonny or jason shell get defensive and try to get them away quickly. i love carly she tells it how it is! carly still loves sonny you can tell, i wouldnt be suprised if they get back together soon!
elizabeth is a messed up person and i dont understand why she would keep a secret like that even after lucky and her broke up. she wasnt hiding it because of what job jason has, she was hiding it because of lucky and the pills. jason wanted to hide it because of his job.

Carly is always snarky with other females anyways but she is possessive of Jason and that has been going on for a long time but maybe its because Liz stands up to her she says alot "I just don't like her" plus Carly was so mad because Liz didn't believe her about Ric Raping her but the truth was that Ric didn't rape Carly. It didn't matter that she was lying,but the fact that Liz just didn't believe her or Maybe she doesn't like the fact that her and Liz are more alike then she would want to admit it.

Carly just doesn't like anyone in particular hurt the people or she thinks will hurt the people she loves. No matter who they are. Especially when it comes to sonny and Jason. Those three always watched out for each other back. No matter who they are with or who they are in love with. Carly will do anything to protect Jason and sonny. She always has their back. She will always put her life on the line at no cost and no questions asked. Yes! she can be very possessive when it comes to Jason and sonny. But she is always there when they need her. At any cost and no questions asked
carly doesnt think that liz is right for jason or that kate is right for sonny and i agree. i think she liked sam with jason a bit but she would never like her completely cuz sam slept with sonny. robin let the cat out of the bag about micheal which is y she didnt like her with jason.
a true friends doesnt jus tell u what u want to hear, they tell u the truth. they speak openly and frankly with and smtms it hurts. would u be happy for a friend if u knew they were with a man or woman who lies constantly, is always keeping secrets, is finicky and could break up with them if things got rough cuz they can't handle the lifestyle your friend lives. that is what carly sees when she looks at liz and kate, they wont be there for the longhaul.

Secondly, if I remember correctly, she doesn't like Elizabeth because she kept the fact that Jake is Jason's son a secret from Jason, but I could be wrong and I'm sure there are other reasons, I mean, it the Carly character, come on.
