It really depends on how long the strike goes on - right now, there's 8 episodes filmed and ready to be shown, so feasibly, if the strike ends soon - we could see 24 just as quick (keifer's out of jail about jan 22nd or so)...but the longer it goes..the less likely we are to see it. I'm holding out hope this strike will end soon and we'll see our jack!!
no, it will not be airing this year.
It's going to be the same with Prison Break, I think. I think is going to be on later this month on BSkyB.

Due to the writers strike, 24 season 7 has been put on hold, like all the other TV shows until something can be agreed on with the writers, but nothing yet has come to pass so it could last 22 weeks or more like last time thay had a writers strike.
