The casting director said that the cast for BB9 has been chosen as of December 27th. And the the 1st name revealed is Tony Westbrook or Arkansas, who is obviously not a celebrity .
I think that is pretty conclusive evidence against a Celebrity Season at least for BB9.
BB10 could be another story , nobody knows yet !

it was cast like previous season with nationwide casting calls and people sending in videotape and applications!
they have just recently finished the casting for BB9 and some of the "chosen ones" are already being linked on the internet!
