From what I'm getting off the net and off the abc website. Club 101 was Carly & Jax's club. Back in 2002, when Carly divorced Sonny and had a mini affair with Zander. It didn't stay around long and I don't remember why it shut down. But I do vaguely remember it. It was before her second attempt with a club called The Cellar. Skye later bought Club 101 and turned it into a fancy upscale restaraunt. The link (if it works) will take you to where you can read each days episode from that year.
