I wondered about this the other day as well, and what I discovered is. Its a series a programmes, starting tonight on channel 4 at 9.00 with Hugh buy some chickens and housing them in crowded conditions as some chicken farmers do. Its they way of trying to get us to eat organic chickens because they are raised and live in better conditions.
Originally i thought that it was going to be a cookery programme, with the three chefs battling it out against each other
