She did leave and go to London. She talks to Chase via video hookup and he tells her he is sorry for not saying good bye and she says ok, but that she is staying in London because that is what she told her parents she wanted to do. At the end, she hears Chase admit that he is in love with her.

that wasn't an episode it was a zoey 101 movie, and i don't think so. it ended with her finding out that chase loved her. They also have a whole season already filmed so despite the fact that she is pregnant there will still be one more season so hopefully we will find out if her and chase get together!!!!
