Why hasn't there been a new Family Guy episode for awhile?!
Question: because of the writers strike...the next new fam guy episode will air sunday, jan. 13 at 9 p.m. EST on FOX...here's an episode summary:

Peter decides to grow a mustache, and after being mistaken for a fireman, ends up lending a hand when a fire breaks out at a local fast food restaurant. The owner gives him unlimited burgers as a thank you, but he eats too many and has a stroke. When Peter recovers, he vows to expose the fast-food company for what it really is, becoming friends with a genetically engineered cow along the way.

i think the season ended
The season has ended, and i mean come on, it's hard work to create just one episode, it takes a while.
i TOO was wondering if the season ended.. or if it was one of those "hiatus" things due to the holidays or what..
Maybe that writers strike has something to do with it? I really miss a lot of shows because of that.
It's a combination of the season being over plus the writer's strike.
The season wasn't done. There will be no new shows because of the writers strike. FOX was going to make shows without the writers and without Seth, but who wants to watch that?
