maybe its only the channel your watching, or your TV. But if no one else in your house notices it, then I think its just you. Your situation is really strange, maybe try bringing it up to the cable company and see if they know what it is.
could be an add for the " Sarah Chronicles " which is a made-for-TV terminator series
Which channel does this happen on? One answerer said it could be a promo for the Sarah Conner Chronicles, which is probably the right answer; they do wierd things with promos these days.
