not that i know of... but there are always rumors going round.
I think it has to do with the anoying writers strike... think of it like a holiday and supernatural will be back and running soon.

no, it's still there. it shows every thursday night. i saw it on tv three nights ago. if you go to cwtv.com and look towards the bottom, there's a schedule of what shows are on when all through the week and under thursday it says supernatural.
