Why is America's Next Top Model starting early???!
Question: So cycle 10 is starting February 10 this year........why is it starting so early?? (i mean that's fine w\ me but jw.....) I mean that means that Selisha won't have as much fame b\c there will be a new Top Model earlier.....Is it starting earlier b\c of the writers strike or what??

Yep it's the Writers Strike. It's the same reason Big Brother is coming back on February 12th too.
The Networks need something to fill all the empty air time.
And these shows have a huge following and people are happy to see them reappear early. That takes the heat off the Networks and Studios so they don't have to settle the strike.

mostly likely yes because anything that isnt reality TV is reruns since there aren't any writers ands besides, ANTM always brings in a lot of viewers
I agree with Jayla it must have to do with the writers strike, more reality TV. It very popular that is why VH1 ran it for an entire week.
It starts early so everyone would stop talking about how disappointing the cycle 9 was. They better come up with something more real, interesting and with better models this cycle, before their rating go even lower .
Probably so people will forget about Suckleisha.
