No way they would give Lynette cancer and then kill her family! I predict one or both of the neighbors are dead - but the husband and kids are alive.

I think they are going to be alive also because the previews always try to trick you so I think that they are tricking us in thinking they are dead.

I deffinetly think Tom and the kids are still alive. I'm not sure about the older woman though. I kind of think her cat lives and she dies.
