How can the BBC justify this and not charging for the service?!
Question: fantastic web site and now TV on demand all free, except if you live in the UK. Don't mind paying for everyone to learn but is this gone to far

I live in the UK. I just clicked the link and now I am watching a documentary. It seems pretty free to me, at least the first thing I tried on it is free.
And now I have found Little Britain... Doctor Who... so much free TV!
I guess that I already paid for it to be braodcast once on the TV so why not get it free on the computer? I wonder if it plays abroad - lots of the BBC website doesn't.
