The original proposal was in the episode "Player Under Pressure" which was scheduled to be aired as the 19th episode of season 2 on the 16th of April 2007 . However it was postponed due to the Virginia Tech Massacre as the episode content involved a college shooting.
The episode is still yet to air which Fox changing its mind about what to do with the episode. Originally it was to be included on the DVD for season 2, but wasn't, Fox then stated it would air in May 2007, but it didn't. The current officially standing is that it will be shown as part of season 3, perhaps as some sort of flashback..
