no he is a family man and what I see happening is Mike going off to boarding school. but they will be trying to break out of the mob in a few months.....unless writers change their minds again. he should run the the Q's for refuge. that would be great.
I don't think he'll want Micheal to be like him, but I don't think think that Michael will listen to Sonny.
I think Michael will be more Quatermaine than mobster when he gets older. He may end up running ELQ.
I know Sonny won't want Michael to grow up and be like him but Sonny would never abandon his children. As for Michael, I think we're possibly looking at the future mob boss of Port Charles. With all he's been through he'll definitely be a troubled teenager.
No, Sonny never lets go for someone else's good. I think as time goes on, when Michael discovers teen angst, he will probably resent Sonny for taking him away from the Quartermaines. That would be a good story, just as Jason turned his back on the Q's years ago, Michael runs to them. That would be good! I only wish they could find a way to raiese AJ from the dead!
Sonny may see the error of his ways when his son's begin to want to emulate him. I don't think he will be very proud when Michael or Morgan kills someone to retaliate, and it will happen one day.
The way Michael is acting, I wouldn't be suprised if he acts out soon and begins to have a rap sheet!!!
I don't think Sonny would want his kids in his business because he knows how dangerous it can be. And say what you will about the man he loves his kids to death. However one day the kids will be adults. And they will do what they chose to do. And like all parents even tho Sonny won't like it there won't be much he can do except be there to pick up the pieces when things go wrong.
