You're really enjoying yourself aren't you? I too am eating a sandwich (peanut butter & baloney - brain food) which is why I think I remember. The show was called, "People Will Do Anything If They're Bored Enough" and his neighbor (Ferdinand Ungamunga) loved Engelbert Humperdinck's version of Up, Up and Away. They made an unbelievable 107 episodes of that classic and this was Episode 42. Man, do I miss it.
