The reason why Victoria is in a coma - is because a while back everyone was involved a in building project called clear springs. The building clasped with just about the whole town underneath the rubble. As the whole town was being rescued from being trapped in the rubble. Victoria was one of the town's people to get trapped in the disaster. As she was coming out of the rubble there was an explosion where parts of the debris went flying and a piece of it. Came down and hit Vikki in the head and that is how she wound up in the coma. Nobody didn't think she was going to make it and that included her unborn child. They had to deliver reed c- section. If they didn't her and the baby would have died all together. So - that is why she is in the coma. Plus - the actress who plays Victoria is on maternity leave - since late October. And she had her real baby on November 2, 2007 of last year. She has not come back from maternity leave as of yet. She did come back to work just to shut some more scenes where Vikki is still in a coma.So that is why Vikki is in a coma.
There was an accident at the Clear Springs construction site, and as she was coming out of the rubble, some debris fell and knocked her out. After a lot of fighting betwen Victor and Nikki, a C-section was performed to deliver the baby. The actress is on maternity leave with her own child, so that's why Vicki's been in this coma awhile.
She was trapped in a building that had collasped, and was hit in the head with debris...........
Well what the others said is all true but the doctors kept saying that they are not really sure why she was in a coma or why she won't wake up. She went into the coma after she got knocked up side the head with a little rock that fell right before the explosion at the Clear Springs.
In real life she is on maternity leave and that is why she has been in a coma, I am hoping that they wake her up sometime soon since she had the baby the first of November.
