Sorry but I dont think Chase will be on, if you have caught any of the previews for season 5, they show Brooke with some fancy new dude!! But it also seems like she isnt completely happy with her life, so who knows, maybe she will come back to Tree Hill and reunite with Chase!!!
i don't think so because on cwtv.com they have this thing and it shows all the people that are going to be on the show and they did not show him but i am not sure
